- Chicken Breast 1kg
- Onion 1 (200g)
- Egg 1
- Oatmeal 40g
- Bacon 100g
- Hard-boiled Eggs 5 (300g)
- Broccoli 250g
- Cherry Tomatoes 5-6
- Sweet Potatoes 2 (500g)
- Cottage Cheese 50g
Seasonings
- [A] Ketchup 50g
- [A] Worcestershire Sauce 20g
- [A] Salt 4g
- [A] Pepper (to taste)
- Whole Grain Mustard 10g
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Steps
- Finely chop 1 Onion (200g).
- Remove the skin from 1kg Chicken Breast and mince it in a food processor.
- In a bowl, combine the minced Chicken Breast, 1 Egg, 40g Oatmeal, 50g Ketchup, 20g Worcestershire Sauce, 4g Salt, and Pepper (to taste). Mix well until it becomes sticky.
- Line the bottom of the rice cooker pot with 100g Bacon, overlapping slightly.
- Spread half of the meat mixture from Step 3 over the bacon in Step 4.
- Arrange the 5 Hard-boiled Eggs (300g), prepared in advance, on top of the meat mixture in Step 5.
- Pack the remaining meat mixture over the hard-boiled eggs, creating a small well about 2cm deep in the center.
- Set the rice cooker and cook using the regular setting.
- After cooking, check if the center is cooked through. If it's still raw, cook again. Stop cooking when you smell a fragrant aroma, as this indicates it's starting to brown.
- Cut 2 Sweet Potatoes (500g) into bite-sized cubes.
- Place the cut Sweet Potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave on 600W for 10 minutes.
- After microwaving, carefully remove the Sweet Potatoes (beware of steam) and mash them.
- Add 50g Cottage Cheese, 10g Whole Grain Mustard, Salt (to taste), and Pepper (to taste) to the mashed sweet potatoes and mix well.
- For serving, arrange with 250g Broccoli and 5-6 Cherry Tomatoes to complete the dish.
