  • Shaoxing Wine 2 tbsp
  • White Sesame Oil 1 tbsp+
  • Salt a pinch
  • Pepper a pinch
  • Soy Sauce 1 tbsp

Steps

  1. Cut 2 packs of crab sticks in half and place them in a bowl.
  2. Shred the crab sticks with chopsticks, add 1 tbsp Shaoxing Wine and a pinch of pepper, and mix.
  3. Tear 4 large lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces by hand.
  4. Lightly beat 1 egg.
