Main Ingredients (For 30 pods)
- Broad beans 30 pods
- Lemon wedges 1 piece
Seasonings
- Salt 2-3 pinches
- Oil 1 tbsp
Steps
- Make a shallow cut, about 1cm to 1.5cm deep, on the side of the broad beans opposite the black part.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add 1 tbsp of oil, spread it evenly, then reduce heat to low.
- Place the prepped 30 broad beans in the frying pan in a single layer.
- Sear for about 6 minutes, flipping to brown both sides.
- Once both sides of the broad beans are browned and cooked through, turn off the heat.
- Lightly sprinkle 2-3 pinches of salt evenly over the cooked broad beans.
- Arrange on a plate and serve with 1 lemon wedge, if available.
