- Cabbage 2-3 leaves
- Onion 1/4
- Leeks 3-4 stalks

- [A] Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- [A] Sugar 1 tbsp
- [A] Grated Garlic 1 clove
- [A] Grated Ginger 1 clove
- [A] Sesame Oil 1 tbsp
- [A] Cooking Sake (Rice Wine) 1 tbsp
- Pepper (to taste)
- Chili Flakes (to taste)
- Chili Oil (to taste)
Steps
- In a bowl, add pork belly, thinly sliced 150g. Add soy sauce 2 tbsp, sugar 1 tbsp, grated garlic 1 clove, grated ginger 1 clove, sesame oil 1 tbsp, and cooking sake (rice wine) 1 tbsp. Mix briefly to coat.
- Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. For the tough core, make V-shaped cuts to thinly slice it.
- Thinly slice the onion.
- Cut the leeks into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the sliced cabbage in a microwave-safe dish.
- Spread the sliced onion over the cabbage in the microwave-safe dish.
- Spread the cut leeks over the onion in the microwave-safe dish.
- Arrange the seasoned pork belly, thinly sliced 150g over the vegetables, ensuring it doesn't overlap.
- Pour the remaining sauce from the bowl over the arranged pork.
- Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap and microwave.
- Remove from the microwave and gently mix everything together.
- Season with pepper, chili flakes, and chili oil to your preference.
