An addictive recipe of stir-fried bean sprouts and bacon with garlic and butter, so delicious you can eat it endlessly. It's a perfect dish for rice or drinks, and recommended even for those who are concerned about the smell of bean sprouts.
Ingredients
Main Ingredients (2 servings)
- Bean sprouts 200g
- Garlic 10g
- Bacon 40g
Seasonings
- Olive oil 1 tsp
- Butter 10g
- [A] Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- [A] Sugar 1/2 tsp
- [A] MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG) 5 shakes
- [A] Black pepper to taste
Steps
- Slice 10g garlic into rounds. 【Tip!】 Since it burns easily, slice it with some thickness.
- Cut 40g bacon into 1cm-wide strips.
- Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the sliced garlic. Once golden brown, remove the garlic, leaving the oil in the pan. 【Tip!】 Remove before it turns black, and leave the oil as garlic oil.
- Take 200g bean sprouts out of the bag, transfer them to a heatproof dish, and heat in a 600W microwave for 1 minute. 【Tip!】 Pre-heating in the microwave will result in the best crispy texture.
- Lightly stir-fry the cut bacon in the frying pan with the remaining garlic oil.
- Turn off the heat, add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar, and 5 shakes MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG) to the frying pan, mix, then heat again and reduce slightly.
- Add the microwaved bean sprouts to the frying pan, stir-fry while melting 10g butter, and add plenty of black pepper to taste.
- Plate the dish and generously top with the prepared garlic chips.
