- Garlic 2g
- Carrot 25g
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Ketchup 45g
- Mayonnaise 40g
- Sugar 1/3 tsp
- MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG) 5 shakes
- Salt 1 pinch
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Curry powder 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper 3 shakes
- Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
Steps
- Grate 25g carrot with the skin on. 【Tip!】 Finely grating it creates a suitable texture for the dressing.
- Grate 2g garlic. 【Tip!】 Raw garlic can leave a strong odor, so it's recommended to use a small amount.
- Put the grated carrot and garlic into a bowl, then add 1 tsp lemon juice, 45g ketchup, and 40g mayonnaise.
- Next, add 1/3 tsp sugar, 5 shakes of MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG), and 1 pinch of salt to the bowl.
- Add 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/4 tsp curry powder, and 3 shakes of black pepper, then mix well. 【Tip!】 Be careful not to add too much curry powder, as it can give it a curry dressing-like flavor.
- To further achieve the color of Indian restaurant dressing, add 1/2 tsp paprika powder and mix well to complete the dressing.
- Julienne the cabbage, and cut the cucumber into thin strips.
- Arrange the cut cabbage and cucumber on a plate, then pour the finished dressing over them.
