Seasonings

- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- Wasabi 1 tsp
- Sour cream same amount as mentaiko
- Yukari (shiso furikake) desired amount
- Kantan-su (easy seasoned vinegar) 2 tbsp
- Olive oil to taste
- Grated garlic to taste
- Shichimi Togarashi (Japanese seven-spice blend) to taste
- Sake 2 tbsp
- Mayonnaise desired amount
- Black pepper to taste
- MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG) 4 shakes
- Soy sauce 2-3 drizzles
- Shichimi Togarashi to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Basil to taste
- [Ryukyu-style] Soy sauce 2 drizzles, Sake 2 drizzles, Sugar 2-3 pinches, Ground sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- [Mock Isobe-age] Mayonnaise 1 tbsp, Aonori (dried green seaweed) to taste
Steps
- Tear the sausage by hand.
- Heat the torn sausage in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Drizzle the warmed sausage with ketchup to taste and sprinkle with a generous amount of curry powder.
- Put 3 boiled eggs into a bowl and mash them roughly.
- Add 2 tbsp mayonnaise and 1 tsp wasabi to the mashed boiled eggs and mix.
- Put 2 sacs of mentaiko into a bowl, add sour cream in the same amount as the mentaiko, and mix.
- Serve the mentaiko dip in a dish and sprinkle with scallions to taste.
- Generously sprinkle yukari (shiso furikake) desired amount over 1 block (150g) silken tofu.
- Drizzle with 2 tbsp Kantan-su (easy seasoned vinegar).
- Prepare 1 pack of shirasu (whitebait) in its container and drizzle with olive oil to taste.
- Sprinkle with grated garlic to taste and shichimi togarashi to taste.
- Heat in the microwave for 40 to 50 seconds.
- Sprinkle 2 tbsp sake over 100g okara (soy pulp), cover with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave.
- Add 1 can of tuna (with its oil) to the warmed okara, then add mayonnaise desired amount and black pepper to taste, and mix well.
- Open the can of sardines in oil, grate 2 cloves of garlic over them, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle with 4 shakes of MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG) and drizzle with 2-3 drizzles of soy sauce.
- Heat until thoroughly warmed.
- After heating, sprinkle with scallions to taste and shichimi togarashi to taste.
- Layer ham to taste and sliced cheese to taste alternately.
- Cut the layered ham and cheese into cubes.
- Serve the cut ham and cheese in a dish, drizzle with olive oil to taste, and sprinkle with basil to taste. 【Tip!】 It's also delicious served with mayonnaise and curry powder for a change of flavor.
- Place sashimi (with garnish) to taste in a bowl, and add 2 drizzles of soy sauce and 2 drizzles of sake.
