- Bean Sprouts 1 bag
- Thinly Sliced Pork 100g
- Chives 5-10 stalks
- Potato Starch 1 tbsp
Seasonings
- [A] Soy Sauce 1 tsp
- [A] Oyster Sauce 1 tsp
- [A] Sugar 1 tsp
- [A] Cooking Sake (Rice Wine) 1 tbsp
- [A] Chicken Bouillon Powder 1 tsp
- [A] Water 100ml
- Soy Sauce 1 tsp
- Oil (for cooking) (to taste)
Steps
- Marinate 100g of thinly sliced pork with 1 tsp soy sauce and set aside.
- Cut 5 to 10 stalks of chives into 5cm lengths.
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients for the sauce [A]: 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp cooking sake (rice wine), 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder, 100ml water, and 1 tbsp potato starch. Mix well.
- Heat a frying pan over high heat and add oil.
- Add the marinated thinly sliced pork and stir-fry.
- Once the pork changes color, add 1 bag of bean sprouts and the cut chives. Stir-fry quickly over high heat.
- When everything has slightly wilted, re-mix the prepared sauce [A] and pour it into the pan.
- Stir-fry quickly to coat everything and cook until the sauce thickens. Then, turn off the heat. Key tip! Maintain high heat and stir-fry for a short time to keep the bean sprouts crisp.
- Plate the dish and serve immediately while hot.
