Steps
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan and lightly sauté the cabbage.
- Add squid to the sautéed cabbage and continue to stir-fry.
- Once the squid and cabbage are cooked, add the yakisoba noodles and stir-fry while loosening them.
- When the noodles are loosened, add salt koji and coat everything evenly.
- Place butter on top of the noodles.
- Add the salt-koji bottarga and mix lightly.
- Turn off the heat and mix everything gently.
- Plate the dish and generously top with grated bottarga.
