Ingredients
Main Ingredients (2 servings)
- Chicken Wings 6 pcs
Seasonings
- [A] Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- [A] Cooking Sake (Rice Wine) 1 tbsp
- [A] Sugar 2 tsp
- [A] Grated Garlic 1 tsp
- [A] Salt and Pepper to taste
Steps
- Trim the tips off the chicken wings.
- Make about 3 slits on the skin side of the chicken wings to help the marinade penetrate and cook evenly. Cut between the bones.

- Marinate the chicken wings in the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Place the marinated chicken wings on the preheated rack, skin-side down.
- Bake in the air fryer for 10 minutes.
- After baking for 10 minutes, flip the chicken wings and bake for an additional 5 minutes. (Key Tip!) If not browned enough, continue baking while monitoring closely.
- Cut the baked chicken wings in half for easier eating.
