- Rice 300g
- Egg 1
- Small Shrimp 50g
- Roast Pork 60g
- Scallions to taste
Seasonings
- [A] Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- [A] Chicken Stock Powder 2 tsp
- [A] Salt & Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Steps
- Finely chop 50g of small shrimp and 60g of roast pork.
- Whisk 1 egg and gently mix it with 300g of warm rice until all grains are coated. This is the key! Coating each rice grain with egg ensures a fluffy texture even with home stove heat.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat.
- Add the rice to the hot pan and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula and pressing it down.
- Once the rice is fluffy, season with salt & pepper to taste and 2 tsp of chicken stock powder.
- Add 50g of small shrimp and 60g of roast pork, and stir-fry briefly until warmed through.
- Add scallions to taste and clear a space in the center of the pan.
