Ingredients
Main Ingredients (2 servings)
- Spaghetti 200g
- Garlic (a pinch)
- Dried Chili Peppers 1-2 pieces
- Pecorino Cheese 50g
- Parsley (to taste)
Seasonings
- Olive Oil 50g
- Salt (to taste)
Steps
- Finely chop the garlic.
- Tear the dried chili peppers into small pieces.
- Roughly chop the parsley.
- Boil a generous amount of water in a pot and cook the Spaghetti (200g) according to the package directions (approximately 6 minutes 40 seconds).
- In a large bowl, combine Olive Oil (50g), minced Garlic (a pinch), the torn Dried Chili Peppers (1-2 pieces), and roughly chopped Parsley (to taste).
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the bowl, grate in the Pecorino Cheese (50g), and mix everything well.
- Gradually add some of the pasta cooking water while vigorously mixing to emulsify the cheese and oil. This is the key step! The cheese will melt from the heat, creating a thick and rich sauce.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with Salt (to taste), considering the saltiness of the pasta water and Pecorino cheese.
- Serve in a bowl. Your dish is complete.
