Steps

  1. Boil the Thick Noodles (for Yakisoba). Cook them for about 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes, ensuring they are slightly al dente.
  2. Rinse the boiled noodles under cold water to cool them down.
  3. Toss the cooled noodles with [A] Soy Sauce and [A] Sesame Oil.
  4. Heat a generous amount of oil in a frying pan and pan-fry the noodles until browned. Aim for a crispy exterior and a tender interior.
  5. Add low-temperature oil to the frying pan and stir-fry the shrimp and chicken.
