- Chicken Breast
- Potatoes
- Shiso Leaves
- Potato Starch
Seasonings
- Cooking Sake (Rice Wine)
- Vegetable Oil
Steps
- Dice the Chicken Breast into 1cm cubes.
- Place the diced Chicken Breast in a bowl and marinate with Cooking Sake (Rice Wine) for 10 minutes.
- Dice the Potatoes into 5mm cubes.
- Place the Potatoes in a heatproof container and microwave on 600W for 2.5 minutes.
- Add the microwaved Potatoes, Potato Starch, and chopped Shiso Leaves to the bowl with the chicken and mix well.
- Heat Vegetable Oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Scoop the mixed ingredients with a spoon and form them into flat circles.
- Flip once browned on one side.
- Cover and steam for 2.5 minutes.
- Transfer to a plate.
