Main Ingredients (2 servings)

  • Chicken Breast
  • Potatoes
  • Shiso Leaves
  • Potato Starch

Seasonings

  • Cooking Sake (Rice Wine)
  • Vegetable Oil

Steps

  1. Dice the Chicken Breast into 1cm cubes.
  2. Place the diced Chicken Breast in a bowl and marinate with Cooking Sake (Rice Wine) for 10 minutes.
  3. Dice the Potatoes into 5mm cubes.
  4. Place the Potatoes in a heatproof container and microwave on 600W for 2.5 minutes.
  5. Add the microwaved Potatoes, Potato Starch, and chopped Shiso Leaves to the bowl with the chicken and mix well.
  6. Heat Vegetable Oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Scoop the mixed ingredients with a spoon and form them into flat circles.
  8. Flip once browned on one side.
  9. Cover and steam for 2.5 minutes.
  10. Transfer to a plate.
