A simple pork-wrapped bean sprout recipe made easily in the microwave. Just wrap bean sprouts with pork and heat for a dish that's ready in no time and perfect with rice. It's also a great option for busy days and a budget-friendly, easy recipe.

- Thinly sliced pork 200g

- All-purpose flour 1 tbsp
Seasonings
- Scallions
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Soy Sauce
- Vinegar
- Sugar
- Sesame Oil
- White Sesame Seeds
- Grated Ginger 2 tsp
- Mayonnaise 1/2 tbsp
- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Cooking Sake (Rice Wine) 2 tbsp
- Mirin (Sweet Rice Wine) 1.5 tbsp
- Sugar 2 tsp
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Vegetable Oil (to taste)
- Black Pepper
- Scallions
Steps
- In a bowl, combine scallions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, and white sesame seeds.
- Rinse the bean sprouts and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Season the thinly sliced pork with salt and pepper.
- Divide the bean sprouts into 8 portions and wrap them with the seasoned thinly sliced pork from the bottom, rolling them up.
- Place the wrapped sprouts seam-side down on a microwave-safe dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper again, and drizzle with cooking sake (rice wine) 2 tbsp.
- Sprinkle with black pepper and cover loosely with plastic wrap.
- Microwave on 600W for 5 minutes. If the meat is not cooked through, continue microwaving.
- Pour the prepared scallion sauce over the microwaved pork-wrapped bean sprouts, and garnish with scallions if desired.
