  • Supreme Soy Sauce Ramen 1 pack
  • Egg 1
  • Chopped scallions to taste
  • Cooked rice 200g

Seasonings

  • Water 150ml
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Sesame oil a small amount

Steps

  1. Open the pack of Supreme Soy Sauce Ramen 1 and remove all contents (noodles, toppings, seasoning oil, liquid soup).
  2. Close the pack and crush the noodles into small pieces.
  3. Add water 150ml to a frying pan and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the crushed noodles to the boiling frying pan and soften them. 【Here's the trick!】 To retain some noodle texture, intentionally use less water.
  5. Once the noodles have softened, add cooked rice 200g and mix everything together.
  6. Squeeze the ramen's accompanying seasoning oil over all the rice.
  7. Add all of the ramen's accompanying soy sauce soup and stir-fry until the mixture thickens.
  8. Create an empty space in the center of the frying pan and crack in egg 1.
  9. Scatter chopped scallions to taste over the egg and rice.
  10. Cover the frying pan and steam-fry until the egg reaches your desired doneness.
  11. Break up the egg and mix it thoroughly into the whole dish.
  12. Finish by drizzling with a small amount of sesame oil and sprinkling with black pepper to taste.
