- Whole Tomatoes 400g
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chili Pepper
- Penne Rigate 200g
Seasonings
- Olive Oil 60g
- Salt 2 pinches
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil (to taste)
Steps
- Finely slice 2 cloves of garlic.
- Crumble the chili pepper by hand.
- Crush the 400g of whole tomatoes.
- Heat 60g of olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the sliced garlic.
- Once the aroma of garlic is fragrant, add the crumbled chili pepper and sauté.
- Add the crushed whole tomatoes and 2 pinches of salt to create the arrabbiata sauce.
- In a pasta pot, add 8g of salt to 1L of water and boil 200g of Penne Rigate.
- Toss the boiled Penne Rigate with the arrabbiata sauce.
- Plate the Penne all'Arrabbiata.
