Seasonings

    Steps

    1. In a bowl, add 80ml water and 70ml milk. Microwave for about 20 seconds at 600W until lukewarm (around body temperature).
    2. Add 1g instant dry yeast and 5g sugar to the warmed liquid and mix.
    3. Add 50g bread flour, 50g cake flour, and 2 pinches salt. Mix until no lumps remain.
    4. Once the dough is mixed, cover with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. (Key Tip!) You can also use your oven's proofing function.
    5. Peel 2 small potatoes (approx. 120g), remove any eyes, and cut into about 4 pieces so they cook evenly.
    6. Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover with plastic wrap, and heat for about 3 minutes at 600W. Mash with a fork.
    7. Add 2 individually wrapped portions of cream cheese and 20g butter to the mashed potatoes and mix while they melt from the heat.
    8. Once the cream cheese and butter have melted, add a pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp dried parsley, and 1 tbsp milk and mix well.
    9. Cover the prepared potato paste with plastic wrap until ready to use to prevent it from drying out.
    10. Gently mix the risen dough with a ladle to release the gas.
    11. Lightly grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat over medium heat.
    12. Scoop out half a ladleful of dough and pour it into the frying pan. Cook until the surface sets.
    13. Once browned and the surface has set, flip the dough and cook the other side.
    14. Remove from the pan once both sides are browned.
    15. Cook the remaining dough in the same way.
    16. Spread half of the prepared potato paste over one half of a cooked dough circle.
    17. Tear 2 slices of sliced cheese in half and place them on top of the potato paste, covering the center.
    18. Microwave for 50 seconds to 1 minute at 600W to melt the cheese.
    19. Once the cheese is melted, drizzle honey over the entire filling.
    20. Fold the dough in half and serve. It's ready!
