Steps
- Separate the egg yolk from the egg white.
- Place 200g frozen udon and the separated 1 egg white into a heatproof container.
- Add 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 pinches sugar, 1/3 tsp Chinese seasoning (Chuka Aji), 3g garlic (or garlic powder), 4 shakes Ichimi Togarashi (Japanese chili powder), and 2 1/2 tsp roasted sesame flavor oil, then mix.
- Cover (or wrap with plastic) and heat in a 600W microwave for 5 minutes.
- After heating, sprinkle with 2-3 shakes pepper, drizzle with mayonnaise to taste, and place 1 egg yolk in the center. [Chef's Tip!] The egg white will solidify and become an ingredient, and the pepper will enhance the flavor.
- (Sesame Oil Bean Sprout Stir-fry) In a separate frying pan, heat 2 tsp pure sesame oil, add 100g ground pork and salt and pepper to taste, and stir-fry over medium heat.
