- Add Chinese noodles to boiling water and start boiling.
- Add plenty of cabbage to the pot while the noodles are boiling, and cook them together. The secret here is! Boiling noodles and cabbage together saves time and effort.
- In a bowl, combine sugar, mustard, vinegar, sesame oil 1 tbsp, soy sauce, and the brewed black tea. Mix well to create the sauce.
- Drain the boiled Chinese noodles and cabbage in a colander, and transfer them to a bowl.
- Add the prepared sauce and a small amount of sesame oil for finishing to the noodles and cabbage, and mix well. The secret here is! Adding a small amount of sesame oil prevents the noodles from sticking.
