  • [A] Mirin (Sweet Rice Wine) 1.5 tbsp
  • [A] Sugar 2 tsp
  • [B] Sesame Oil 1 tsp
  • [B] Garlic 1 tsp
  • [B] Ginger 1 tsp
  • [B] Cooking Sake (Rice Wine) 1 tbsp
  • [B] Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
  • [B] Sugar 1 tsp
  • [B] Soy Sauce 1 tsp
  • [B] Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • [B] Chicken Bouillon Powder (to taste)

Steps

  1. In a freezer bag, add Pork Belly 200g, then add Soy Sauce 1.5 tbsp, Cooking Sake (Rice Wine) 1.5 tbsp, Mirin (Sweet Rice Wine) 1.5 tbsp, and Sugar 2 tsp.
  2. Close the bag and thoroughly knead the ingredients to ensure the seasonings are evenly distributed.
  3. Push the pork to one side of the bag. Add Burdock Root 50g (thinly sliced and soaked to remove bitterness) and Carrot 50g (julienned).
  4. Remove air from the bag, seal it tightly, and freeze. [Tip!] Consume within 1 month.
  5. In a separate freezer bag, add Pork Belly 300g and chop it finely.
  6. To the chopped pork belly, add Sesame Oil 1 tsp, Garlic 1 tsp, Ginger 1 tsp, Cooking Sake (Rice Wine) 1 tbsp, Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp, Sugar 1 tsp, Soy Sauce 1 tsp, Salt and Pepper (to taste), and Chicken Bouillon Powder (to taste).
  7. Close the bag and thoroughly knead the ingredients to ensure the seasonings are evenly distributed.
  8. Remove air from the bag, seal it tightly, and freeze. [Tip!] Consume within 1 month.
  9. When ready to cook the frozen prepped pork, heat Vegetable Oil in a frying pan and stir-fry. Serve as is, or over rice.
