- [A] Mirin (Sweet Rice Wine) 1.5 tbsp
- [A] Sugar 2 tsp
- [B] Sesame Oil 1 tsp
- [B] Garlic 1 tsp
- [B] Ginger 1 tsp
- [B] Cooking Sake (Rice Wine) 1 tbsp
- [B] Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
- [B] Sugar 1 tsp
- [B] Soy Sauce 1 tsp
- [B] Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- [B] Chicken Bouillon Powder (to taste)
Steps
- In a freezer bag, add Pork Belly 200g, then add Soy Sauce 1.5 tbsp, Cooking Sake (Rice Wine) 1.5 tbsp, Mirin (Sweet Rice Wine) 1.5 tbsp, and Sugar 2 tsp.
- Close the bag and thoroughly knead the ingredients to ensure the seasonings are evenly distributed.
- Push the pork to one side of the bag. Add Burdock Root 50g (thinly sliced and soaked to remove bitterness) and Carrot 50g (julienned).
- Remove air from the bag, seal it tightly, and freeze. [Tip!] Consume within 1 month.
- In a separate freezer bag, add Pork Belly 300g and chop it finely.
- To the chopped pork belly, add Sesame Oil 1 tsp, Garlic 1 tsp, Ginger 1 tsp, Cooking Sake (Rice Wine) 1 tbsp, Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp, Sugar 1 tsp, Soy Sauce 1 tsp, Salt and Pepper (to taste), and Chicken Bouillon Powder (to taste).
- Close the bag and thoroughly knead the ingredients to ensure the seasonings are evenly distributed.
- Remove air from the bag, seal it tightly, and freeze. [Tip!] Consume within 1 month.
- When ready to cook the frozen prepped pork, heat Vegetable Oil in a frying pan and stir-fry. Serve as is, or over rice.
