This must-watch video puts an end to the debate surrounding the depth of cooking and recipe originality.
Ingredients
Main Ingredients (2 servings)
- Chicken thigh 350g
Seasonings
- [A] Soy sauce 3+ tbsp
- [A] Mirin (Sweet Rice Wine) 1 tbsp
- [A] MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG) 8 shakes
- [A] Grated garlic 1 clove
- [A] Nutmeg 5 shakes
Steps
- Cut the 350g chicken thigh into 8 large pieces.
- In a bowl, add 3+ tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp Mirin (Sweet Rice Wine), 8 shakes MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG), 1 clove grated garlic, and 5 shakes nutmeg, and mix well.
- Add the cut chicken to the bowl with the seasonings, massage well, and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Pour about 1cm of oil into a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Do not wipe off the marinade from the marinated chicken; add it directly and pan-fry. [Pro Tip!] By rolling the chicken while frying, air comes into contact with the coating, resulting in a crispy texture.
- The chicken will continue to cook with residual heat after frying, so remove it slightly early, arrange it on a plate, and serve with lemon.
