This easy and delicious make-ahead breakfast is ideal for bulking up during workouts or for dieting.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients (5 servings)

  • Fat-free, unsweetened yogurt 400g
  • Oatmeal 150g
  • Milk or almond milk 500ml
  • Protein powder 150g
  • Frozen fruits 200g
  • Almonds 30 nuts
  • Granola 25g

Seasonings

  • Cinnamon (to taste)
  • Sweetener (to taste)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine 150g Oatmeal and 150g Protein Powder and mix well.
  2. Prepare five storage containers and divide the mixed oatmeal and protein evenly among them.
  3. Add 80g Fat-free, unsweetened yogurt and 40g Frozen fruits to each container.
  4. Add 6 Almonds to each container.
  5. Add 5g Granola to each container.
  6. The night before, pour 100ml Milk or almond milk into each container and mix well with a spoon.
  7. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  8. The next morning, add Cinnamon or Sweetener to taste and enjoy.
