A healthy yet ultimately delicious weight-loss recipe featuring chicken breast and broccoli. The chicken breast is moist and tender, the broccoli is boiled in a flavorful broth, and both are seasoned with a special spice salt.

  • Chicken Breast 350g
  • Broccoli 300g
  • Eggs 2
  • Broccoli stems to taste

Seasonings

  • [A] Salt 1/2 tsp
  • [A] Sugar 1/3 tsp
  • [A] "Marutori Garasupu™" (Whole Chicken Soup Base) 2 tsp
  • [B] Pepper to taste
  • [C] "Ajishio" (Seasoned Salt) 10 shakes
  • [C] Garlic Powder 5 shakes
  • [C] Pepper 3 shakes
  • [D] Sesame Oil to taste
  • [D] "Marutori Garasupu" (Whole Chicken Soup Base) to taste
  • [D] Sake to taste
  • [D] Pepper to taste
  • [D] Sliced Chili Pepper to taste
  • [D] Soy Sauce to taste

Steps

  1. Wash the broccoli and separate into florets.
  2. Cut off the broccoli stems and peel off the tough skin.
  3. Pierce the chicken breast 350g several times with a fork.
  4. Rub salt 1/2 tsp and sugar 1/3 tsp into the chicken breast, then let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  5. Add water 750ml and "Marutori Garasupu™" 2 tsp to a pot and bring to a boil.
  6. Add the chicken breast to the boiling pot, cover, turn off the heat, and let it sit for 40 minutes.
  7. After 40 minutes, remove the chicken breast from the pot and drain.
  8. Reheat the broth used for boiling the chicken breast, add broccoli 300g, and boil for about 3 minutes.
  9. Remove the boiled broccoli.
  10. Whisk 2 eggs into the remaining broth, add pepper to taste, and make a soup.
  11. In a small plate, combine "Ajishio" 10 shakes, garlic powder 5 shakes, and pepper 3 shakes to make a spice salt.
  12. Arrange the chicken breast and broccoli on a plate, and serve with the spice salt.
