Ingredients
Main Ingredients (2 servings)
- Ground Meat (mixed) 240g
- Onion 1/2 (100g)
- Cheddar Cheese 2 slices (40g)
- Eggs 2
- Oil 2 tsp
- Slices of Bread 1
- Cooked Rice 200g
Seasonings
- [A] Ketchup 3 tbsp
- [A] Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp
- [A] Consomme Powder 1 tsp
- [A] Black Pepper 8 dashes
- [A] Garlic Powder 8 dashes
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Yellow Mustard to taste
- Hot Sauce
Steps
- Mince 1/2 onion (100g) using a food chopper or similar tool.
- Heat 2 tsp oil in a frying pan, add 240g ground meat (mixed), and sauté.
- Season the ground meat with salt and pepper to taste and sauté until browned.
- Add the minced 1/2 onion (100g) to the cooked meat and sauté until softened.
- Add the seasonings: 3 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp consomme powder, 8 dashes black pepper, and 8 dashes garlic powder. Sauté well until everything is combined. [Chef's Tip!] Sautéing thoroughly until the acidity of the ketchup mellows will create a rich, deep flavor similar to meat sauce.
- Push the meat to the sides of the pan to create a well, then crack in 2 eggs.
- Tear and scatter 2 slices (40g) cheddar cheese over the eggs.
- Turn the heat back on, cover, and steam-fry until the eggs are soft-set and the cheese is melted.
- Turn off the heat, then drizzle yellow mustard to taste and sprinkle black pepper to taste over the entire dish.
- Place cooked rice or 1 slice of toasted bread on a serving plate, then top with the prepared ingredients.
- Optionally, drizzle hot sauce to taste to enjoy a different flavor.
