- Add 100ml Water, 3 tbsp Sugar, 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, and 2 tbsp Cooking Sake (Rice Wine) to the pot.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Once boiling, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.

- Blend until it becomes a paste. [Key Tip!] If you don't have a blender, let it cool slightly and blend in a food processor or pass through a sieve.
- Return the pureed apple sauce to the pot.
- Stir occasionally to prevent burning, and cook over low heat for 10 minutes to evaporate excess moisture.
- After 10 minutes of cooking, it's done when it thickens enough to coat the back of a spatula.
- Transfer to a sterilized jar.
- Once cooled to room temperature, cover and refrigerate. Use within 1 week.

- Heat Vegetable Oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Stir-fry 150g Thinly sliced pork over medium heat.
