- [A] Chicken Bouillon Powder 1 tsp
- [A] Grated Garlic 1 tsp
- [A] Sesame Oil 1 tsp
- [A] Coarsely Ground Black Pepper a pinch
Steps
- Finely chop King Oyster Mushrooms (100g, 1 pack) into 5mm cubes.
- Finely slice Pork Slices (250g) into approximately 5mm wide pieces.
- Place the chopped Pork Slices in a bowl.
- Add 3 tbsp Cooking Sake (Rice Wine), 2 tbsp Potato Starch, 1 tsp Chicken Bouillon Powder, 1 tsp Grated Garlic, 1 tsp Sesame Oil, and a pinch of Coarsely Ground Black Pepper to the bowl with the pork.
- Mix the seasonings into the Pork Slices, ensuring everything is well combined.
- Add the finely chopped King Oyster Mushrooms to the seasoned pork and mix thoroughly until the mixture holds together. [Key Tip!] Mixing in a kneading motion helps everything bind together evenly and makes it easier to shape.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Take portions of the mixture in your hand, shape them into flat, round patties about the size of mini hamburgers, and place them in the hot frying pan. [Key Tip!] Flatten them in your palm or place them in the pan and gently press down from above to easily create the shape.
- Cook until the bottom is browned.
- Flip the patties when the bottom is browned.
- Cover with a lid and steam-fry over low to medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Once steam-fried, they are ready! Transfer to a serving dish.
