- Ground Pork 100g
- Dried Soba Noodles 240g

- Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
- [A] Soy Sauce 2 tsp
- [A] Mirin (Sweet Rice Wine) 2 tsp
- [A] Sugar 1 tsp
Steps
- In a bowl, mix Potato Starch 1 tsp, Water 1 tsp, and Mayonnaise 1 tbsp until well combined.
- Crack 2 Eggs into the bowl and whisk thoroughly.
- Lightly oil a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
- Pour the whisked egg into the heated pan and cook to make a thin omelet.
- Remove the cooked thin omelet and let it cool.
- Repeat with the remaining egg mixture until all is used.
- Lightly oil the same frying pan again and heat over medium heat.
- Add Ground Pork 100g and stir-fry, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Once the ground pork is cooked through and has changed color, add Soy Sauce 2 tsp, Mirin (Sweet Rice Wine) 2 tsp, and Sugar 1 tsp. Stir-fry until the liquid has evaporated.
- Once the liquid is gone, remove the pork crumble and let it cool.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook Dried Soba Noodles 240g according to package directions.
- Rinse the cooked soba noodles under running water to remove any sliminess.
- Drain the rinsed soba noodles thoroughly in a colander.
- Finely julienne the cooled thin omelet to create golden threads.
- Finely chop Green Onion 1.
- Divide the drained soba noodles into four equal portions and place them in freezer-safe, heat-resistant containers.
- Divide the golden thread omelet into four portions and place it on top of the soba noodles.
- Divide the cooled pork crumble into four portions and place it in the center.
- Sprinkle the chopped green onions over the top.
- Cover and freeze. (Key tip: Consume within approximately 3 weeks when frozen.)
- To serve, place the lid of the frozen soba noodles at an angle, or loosely cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on 600W for about 3 minutes. (Key tip: Heat until ingredients are warm to prevent noodles from sticking and to separate them.)
