  6. Repeat with the remaining egg mixture until all is used.
  7. Lightly oil the same frying pan again and heat over medium heat.
  8. Add Ground Pork 100g and stir-fry, breaking it up as it cooks.
  9. Once the ground pork is cooked through and has changed color, add Soy Sauce 2 tsp, Mirin (Sweet Rice Wine) 2 tsp, and Sugar 1 tsp. Stir-fry until the liquid has evaporated.
  10. Once the liquid is gone, remove the pork crumble and let it cool.

  12. Rinse the cooked soba noodles under running water to remove any sliminess.
  13. Drain the rinsed soba noodles thoroughly in a colander.
  14. Finely julienne the cooled thin omelet to create golden threads.
  15. Finely chop Green Onion 1.
  16. Divide the drained soba noodles into four equal portions and place them in freezer-safe, heat-resistant containers.
  17. Divide the golden thread omelet into four portions and place it on top of the soba noodles.
  18. Divide the cooled pork crumble into four portions and place it in the center.
  19. Sprinkle the chopped green onions over the top.
  20. Cover and freeze. (Key tip: Consume within approximately 3 weeks when frozen.)
  21. To serve, place the lid of the frozen soba noodles at an angle, or loosely cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on 600W for about 3 minutes. (Key tip: Heat until ingredients are warm to prevent noodles from sticking and to separate them.)
  22. Once heated, prepare your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy.
