Steps
- Boil the Thick Noodles (for Yakisoba). Cook them for about 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes, ensuring they are slightly al dente.
- Rinse the boiled noodles under cold water to cool them down.
- Toss the cooled noodles with [A] Soy Sauce and [A] Sesame Oil.
- Heat a generous amount of oil in a frying pan and pan-fry the noodles until browned. Aim for a crispy exterior and a tender interior.
- Add low-temperature oil to the frying pan and stir-fry the shrimp and chicken.
- Add broccoli and other desired vegetables, and stir-fry.
- Once the vegetables are cooked, add [B] Cooking Sake (Rice Wine) and [B] Soy Sauce and stir-fry further.
- Add Oyster Sauce, followed by Soy Sauce.
- Add the noodles to the frying pan and toss everything together.
- Once the noodles are coated with the sauce, return the stir-fried ingredients to the pan.
- Finally, drizzle with finishing sesame oil and mix well.
- Plate the noodles.
- Garnish with green onions on top.
