Seasonings

- Add Baking Powder 4-5g, Vegetable Oil 1 tbsp, and Soy Milk 120ml, then mix well.
- Whisk the Egg and add it to the batter. (Key Tip!) Do not add the egg directly; whisk it first before incorporating it into the mixture.
- Wet a piece of parchment paper, scrunch it up, and line your mold. (Key Tip!) Wringing the parchment paper after wetting it makes it more pliable and easier to fit into the mold.
- Pour the prepared batter into the mold.
- Microwave on 600W for 5 minutes.
- After heating, let it rest covered with plastic wrap for about 5 minutes to cool down.
