Ingredients

Main Ingredients (2 servings)

  • Rice 300g
  • Egg 1
  • Small Shrimp 50g
  • Roast Pork 60g
  • Scallions to taste

Seasonings

  • [A] Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • [A] Chicken Stock Powder 2 tsp

Steps

  1. Finely chop 50g of small shrimp and 60g of roast pork.

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat.
  4. Add the rice to the hot pan and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula and pressing it down.
  5. Once the rice is fluffy, season with salt & pepper to taste and 2 tsp of chicken stock powder.
  6. Add 50g of small shrimp and 60g of roast pork, and stir-fry briefly until warmed through.
  7. Add scallions to taste and clear a space in the center of the pan.
  8. Pour 1 tbsp of soy sauce into the cleared center. Once it bubbles and becomes fragrant...
  9. Toss and stir-fry the rice with the soy sauce to coat everything evenly, and serve. You're done!
