Steps

  1. Cut off the roots of 1 bunch of chives and chop them roughly.
  2. Finely chop 1 clove of ginger.
  3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add 1 tbsp of sesame oil to warm it up.
  4. Add 2 servings of yakisoba noodles to the frying pan and add 2-3 tbsp of water.
  5. Loosen the noodles and stir-fry while evaporating the moisture. (This is the key! The noodles will be lightly steamed and easier to loosen, allowing for speedy cooking.)
