Ingredients
Main Ingredients (2 servings)
- Tomatoes 2 (320g)
- Garlic 10g
- Mixed Ground Meat 160g
- Pizza Cheese 70g
Seasonings
- Olive Oil 1/2 tbsp
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Salt 1/3 tsp
- Umami Seasoning 5 dashes
- Oregano 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
Steps
- Wash 2 tomatoes (320g) thoroughly, remove the stems, and cut into easy-to-eat pieces. 【Tip!】 Firm tomatoes are recommended. Using a sharp knife will help prevent excess moisture.
- Crush 10g garlic, then slice or coarsely chop.
- Heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan, add 160g mixed ground meat, season with salt and pepper to taste, and sauté. 【Tip!】 Sautéing the meat beforehand prevents it from being undercooked when baked in the toaster oven and results in a more fragrant finish.
- Once the meat is cooked through, add the garlic and lightly sauté, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the tomatoes and sauté. Then add 1/3 tsp salt, 5 dashes umami seasoning, 1/2 tsp oregano, and black pepper to taste. Continue to sauté until the mixture thickens. 【Tip!】 Oregano pairs well with tomatoes, giving it a pizza-like aroma. Sauté until the tomatoes soften, release their moisture, and become thick and saucy.
- Spread aluminum foil, flatten the sautéed tomatoes, and generously top with 70g pizza cheese.
- Place in a toaster oven and bake at 250°C for approximately 8 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown.
- Once baked, lightly drizzle with olive oil to taste for finishing.
