A superb recipe where cherry tomatoes shine like precious jewels! Simply blanch and peel cherry tomatoes, then marinate them in a special pickling liquid. The flavors deeply infuse, creating a vibrant dish perfect for any table. It's an incredibly easy pickle, ideal as an appetizer or a colorful side!
Ingredients
Main Ingredients (2 servings)
- Cherry tomatoes 2 packs (350-400g)
Seasonings
- [A] Kore! Uma!! Tsuyu 3 tbsp
- [A] Water 3 tbsp
- [A] Vinegar 1 tsp
- [A] Yuzu Kosho 6cm
Steps
- Remove all the stems from the cherry tomatoes.
- Place the cherry tomatoes in boiling water and boil for about 30 seconds.
- Cool down the cherry tomatoes removed from the hot water.
- Peel all the skin off the cooled cherry tomatoes. 【Tip!】 If they don't naturally split, poke a hole with a bamboo skewer to make peeling easier.
- In a bowl, add Kore! Uma!! Tsuyu 3 tbsp, water 3 tbsp, vinegar 1 tsp, and Yuzu Kosho 6cm, then mix to create the pickling liquid.
- Put the pickling liquid and the blanched and peeled cherry tomatoes into a plastic bag and gently massage.
- Remove air from the plastic bag and massage further to allow the Yuzu Kosho to dissolve.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably about 3 hours.
