A superb recipe where cherry tomatoes shine like precious jewels! Simply blanch and peel cherry tomatoes, then marinate them in a special pickling liquid. The flavors deeply infuse, creating a vibrant dish perfect for any table. It's an incredibly easy pickle, ideal as an appetizer or a colorful side!

Ingredients

Main Ingredients (2 servings)

  • Cherry tomatoes 2 packs (350-400g)

Seasonings

  • [A] Kore! Uma!! Tsuyu 3 tbsp
  • [A] Water 3 tbsp
  • [A] Vinegar 1 tsp
  • [A] Yuzu Kosho 6cm

Steps

  1. Remove all the stems from the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Place the cherry tomatoes in boiling water and boil for about 30 seconds.
  3. Cool down the cherry tomatoes removed from the hot water.
  4. Peel all the skin off the cooled cherry tomatoes. 【Tip!】 If they don't naturally split, poke a hole with a bamboo skewer to make peeling easier.
  5. In a bowl, add Kore! Uma!! Tsuyu 3 tbsp, water 3 tbsp, vinegar 1 tsp, and Yuzu Kosho 6cm, then mix to create the pickling liquid.
  6. Put the pickling liquid and the blanched and peeled cherry tomatoes into a plastic bag and gently massage.
  7. Remove air from the plastic bag and massage further to allow the Yuzu Kosho to dissolve.
  8. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably about 3 hours.
