This is an easy recipe that doesn't require an oven, only a microwave and a frying pan. - Chicken Breast 400g
- Grated garlic 1 clove
Seasonings
- Salt 4g
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- [A] Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- [A] Mirin (Sweet Rice Wine) 2 tbsp
- [A] Sake 2 tbsp
- [A] Sugar 2 tsp
- [A] MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG) 6 dashes
- [A] Grated garlic 1 clove
- [A] Butter 10g
- Whole grain mustard to taste

Steps
- Pierce the 400g chicken breast all over with a fork.
- Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan over high heat.
- Tightly wrap the seared chicken breast in plastic wrap.
- Immediately wrap the microwaved chicken breast in aluminum foil.
- In the same frying pan used for the chicken breast, add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp Mirin (Sweet Rice Wine), 2 tbsp sake, 2 tsp sugar, 6 dashes of MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG), 1 clove of grated garlic, and black pepper to taste, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Plate the finished roasted chicken and generously pour the warm sauce over it.
