- [A] Sugar 4 tsp

Steps
- Julienne 15g of ginger, and grate another 15g of ginger.
- Cut the thinly sliced pork into smaller, bite-sized pieces.
- In a frying pan, add the finely cut 350g thinly sliced pork, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp Mirin (Sweet Rice Wine), 3 tbsp sake, 4 tsp sugar, 4 dashes MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG), and 15g julienned ginger.
- Place the frying pan over medium heat and simmer until the liquid reduces.
- Once reduced, add the 15g grated ginger and continue to simmer until almost all the liquid has evaporated. It's done!
