  • 1.6mm pasta 100g
  • Eggs 2
  • Bacon 30g
  • Garlic 15g
  • Red chili pepper 1
  • Dried parsley

Seasonings

  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • [A] Kore! Uma!! Tsuyu 2 tsp
  • [A] Chicken stock 1/2 tsp
  • Salt (1% salinity for 1 liter of water)
  • Olive oil (for finishing)

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil 1 tbsp in a frying pan, add bacon 30g, garlic 15g, and red chili pepper 1, and fry until crispy.
  2. Bring water to a boil in another pot, add salt (1% salinity for 1 liter of water) to the water, and cook 1.6mm pasta 100g al dente.
  3. Add one ladle of pasta cooking water, Yamasa 'Kore! Uma!! Tsuyu' 2 tsp, and chicken stock 1/2 tsp to the frying pan with the sautéed ingredients, bring to a boil, and mix. 【Tip!】 Remove from heat when the sauce becomes thick and only a small amount of liquid remains.
  4. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and lightly beat them.
  5. Add the beaten eggs to the warmed frying pan with the sauce and mix quickly.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the frying pan and mix well with the sauce and eggs.
