- [A] Sugar 2 pinches
- [A] MSG (Umami Seasoning) 3 shakes
- Black Pepper (to taste)
Steps
- Finely mince 1 clove of garlic.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add 1 piece of beef fat to the frying pan and melt.
- Once the beef fat has melted and coated the pan, add the minced garlic.
- Sauté the garlic until lightly golden brown and fragrant.
- Add 1 tbsp Cooking Sake (Rice Wine), 1 tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Mirin (Sweet Rice Wine), 2 pinches Sugar, and 3 shakes MSG (Umami Seasoning) to the pan.
