Ingredients

Main Ingredients (1 serving)

  • Tofu 1/2 block (150g)
  • Pasta 100g

Seasonings

  • Dashi granules 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper
  • Dried parsley
  • Salt 1 tsp

Steps

  1. Bring 1L of water to a boil in a pot.
  2. Heat 1/2 block (150g) of tofu in the microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
  3. Drain the heated tofu and mash it into a paste. A blender is convenient for this step.
  4. Add 1 tsp of dashi granules and 1 tbsp of olive oil to the tofu paste and mix well.
  5. Add 1 tsp of salt to the boiling water and cook 100g of pasta according to package directions.
  6. Transfer the cooked pasta to a bowl.
  7. Add 4-5 tbsp of pasta cooking water to the bowl with the pasta and mix to coat. Adjust the moisture with pasta water depending on the type of tofu.
  8. Plate the pasta.
  9. Sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper.
  10. Sprinkle with dried parsley in the center.
