  • Cod fillets (lightly salted) About 3 pieces
  • Onion 1/2
  • Cooked rice (chilled) About 100g
  • Tomatoes 2

Steps

  1. Finely chop the onion, cut the tomatoes into 2cm cubes, and cut the cod into 4 pieces each.
  2. Heat olive oil as needed in a frying pan.
  3. Add 1/2 chopped onion and garlic to taste to the heated frying pan and sauté until softened.
  4. Add 3 cod pieces cut into 4 and 2 tomatoes cut into 2cm cubes to the sautéed onion and garlic and stir-fry.
