This is a recipe for rich, healthy, and additive-free ice cream that can be made in just 1 minute with only 2 ingredients. You can easily make it using frozen bananas and cocoa powder, without any sugar, eggs, or milk. It's perfect as a snack for kids. Please give it a try.

Main Ingredients (2 servings)
- Frozen Banana 200g (approx. 1.5 cups chopped)
Seasonings
- Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp
Steps
- Peel and slice frozen banana into 1cm thick pieces.
- Place the sliced banana and cocoa powder into a zip-top bag.
- Squeeze the bag with your hands, mashing the banana until there are no large chunks left.
- Remove air from the bag, seal it tightly.
- Place the bag on a tray and freeze for 1 to 2 hours until firm.
- After about 1 hour, when it's firm but still slightly soft to the touch, knead the bag again. (This is the key!) Kneading it while it's softly frozen will result in a smoother texture. If it still feels too soft, you can freeze it a little longer.
- Serve in a bowl.
