Steps
- Trim the woody ends off the Enoki Mushrooms and cut them into 3 equal lengths.
- Add the separated stems of the Enoki Mushrooms to boiling water, followed by the Bean Sprouts, and boil for 2 minutes.
- Drain the boiled enoki mushrooms and bean sprouts into a colander, rinse with cold water to cool them down, squeeze out excess water thoroughly, and place in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine the Chicken Bouillon Powder, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Toasted Sesame Seeds, and Black Pepper.
- Pour the prepared seasoning mixture over the squeezed enoki mushrooms and bean sprouts in the bowl and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- Plate the mixture, then garnish with Chopped Green Onions and Shredded Chili Pepper to complete the dish.
