This easy omelet is made entirely in the microwave, no stove required! Perfect for busy mornings or packed lunches. With a fluffy texture that appeals to both adults and kids, this versatile recipe offers an authentic taste with minimal effort.

- Eggs 3
- Green onion to taste
Seasonings
- [A] Kore! Uma!! Tsuyu 2 tsp
- [A] Water 1.5 tbsp
- Soy sauce to taste
Steps
- Spread about 1 tsp of oil in a heatproof container. 【Tip!】 Applying oil first prevents the egg from sticking.
- Crack 3 eggs into a separate bowl.
- Add Kore! Uma!! Tsuyu 2 tsp and water 1.5 tbsp to the eggs, and mix well.
- Loosely cover the heatproof container with the egg mixture with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds.
- After heating, remove from the microwave and mix the set parts with the unset parts.
- Loosely cover with plastic wrap again and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
- Gently press down on the heated and puffed-up egg with a paper towel or kitchen towel to shape it. 【Tip!】 Pressing it right after it puffs up helps it set into a beautiful shape.
- Use a spatula or similar tool to trace around the edges and bottom of the container to loosen the omelet.
- Invert onto a cutting board to remove the omelet.
- Cut the omelet into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a plate.
- If desired, sprinkle with green onion to taste and drizzle with soy sauce to taste. Done!
