Ingredients

Main Ingredients (2 servings)

  • Eggs 3
  • Green onion to taste

Seasonings

  • [A] Kore! Uma!! Tsuyu 2 tsp
  • [A] Water 1.5 tbsp
  • Soy sauce to taste

Steps

  1. Spread about 1 tsp of oil in a heatproof container. 【Tip!】 Applying oil first prevents the egg from sticking.
  2. Crack 3 eggs into a separate bowl.
  3. Add Kore! Uma!! Tsuyu 2 tsp and water 1.5 tbsp to the eggs, and mix well.
  4. Loosely cover the heatproof container with the egg mixture with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds.
  5. After heating, remove from the microwave and mix the set parts with the unset parts.
  6. Loosely cover with plastic wrap again and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
  7. Gently press down on the heated and puffed-up egg with a paper towel or kitchen towel to shape it. 【Tip!】 Pressing it right after it puffs up helps it set into a beautiful shape.
  8. Use a spatula or similar tool to trace around the edges and bottom of the container to loosen the omelet.
  9. Invert onto a cutting board to remove the omelet.
  10. Cut the omelet into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a plate.
  11. If desired, sprinkle with green onion to taste and drizzle with soy sauce to taste. Done!
