- Midori no Tanuki 1 cup
- Egg 1
- Akai Kitsune 1 cup
- Egg 1
Seasonings
- [A] Powdered soup (included with Midori no Tanuki) about 1/2 to 2/3
- [A] Shichimi Togarashi (Japanese seven-spice blend) to taste
- [A] Chili oil to taste
- [B] Powdered soup (included with Akai Kitsune) a little more than 1/2
- [B] Mayonnaise 2 tsp
- [B] Black pepper to taste
Steps
- Open 1 cup of Midori no Tanuki, removing the powdered soup and tempura fritter (kakiage).
- Place only the Midori no Tanuki noodles into the cup, then pour in hot water.
- Let sit for 2-3 minutes, cooking the noodles slightly al dente.
- Pierce a hole in the cup lid and carefully drain all the hot water.
- Add about 1/2 to 2/3 of the powdered soup to the drained noodles.
- Crack in 1 egg and mix everything thoroughly.
- Top with the reserved tempura fritter (kakiage).
- Mix everything well again to combine thoroughly.
- Sprinkle with Shichimi Togarashi.
- Drizzle with chili oil to taste.
- Your Midori no Tanuki Egg Abura Soba is now complete!
- Pierce a hole in the lid of 1 cup of Akai Kitsune and carefully drain all the hot water.
- Crack in 1 egg and add a little more than 1/2 of the powdered soup to the noodles.
- Top with the reserved fried tofu (age).
- Add 2 tsp mayonnaise and mix everything well.
- Sprinkle generously with black pepper to taste.
- Your Akai Kitsune Mayo Maze Soba is now complete!
