- 6-slice sandwich bread 2 slices
- Cheddar cheese 2 slices (35g)
- Pizza cheese 35g
- Butter 14g

Steps
- On one of the `2 slices of 6-slice sandwich bread`, layer `35g pizza cheese` and `2 slices (35g) cheddar cheese`.
- Place the other `slice of sandwich bread` on top of the cheese to form a sandwich.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and melt `7g butter`.
- Place the sandwich on the melted butter and grill until golden brown, allowing it to absorb the butter. 【Chef's Tip!】 Grill until the cheese inside is completely melted.
- Press down firmly on the grilling side with a spatula to transfer heat to the interior.
- Before flipping, melt the remaining `7g butter` in the empty space of the pan. After flipping, grill the other side similarly, allowing it to absorb the butter.
- Cover with a lid and grill over low-medium heat until the cheese inside is gooey and melted.
- Once cooked, cut into desired serving sizes.
