- Hot Cake Mix 150g

- Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and beat them well.
- Add 4 tbsp sugar and mix quickly.
- Add 400g plain yogurt and mix well.
- Add 1/2 tbsp lemon juice and mix well.
- Finally, add 150g hot cake mix and mix until no dry powder remains.
- Pour the batter into the inner pot of the rice cooker.
- Gently drop the inner pot a few times from a slight height to remove large air bubbles.
- Set the rice cooker and cook on the regular mode.
- After the first cooking cycle is complete, if the center is still jiggly, cook again.
- Insert a bamboo skewer; if no raw batter sticks, the cake is done. Check the cake's consistency and cook additionally if needed.
- Remove from the rice cooker, place a plate on top, and invert to unmold.
