Steps

  1. Cut the spinach into 3cm (approx. 1.2 inch) pieces.
  2. Add the spinach stems to boiling water and boil for 1 minute. Then, add the leaves and boil for another 30 seconds.
  3. Transfer the boiled spinach to cold water, let it cool, and squeeze out excess water.
  4. Boil the eggs in the remaining hot water.
  5. Once the boiled eggs have cooled, peel them and cut into 8 pieces each.
  6. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, sugar, and ground sesame seeds. Mix well.
  7. Shred the crab sticks into 3 pieces and add them to the bowl.
  8. Add the squeezed spinach and cut eggs to the bowl and mix everything thoroughly. This is the key! You can make it easily without changing the water.
  9. Serve on a plate. This is "Infinite Mayo Egg Spinach." The soy sauce and mayonnaise flavor, enhanced by sesame seeds, is incredibly addictive.
  10. Finely julienne the carrot and cut the spinach into 3cm (approx. 1.2 inch) pieces.
  11. In a microwave-safe container, layer the spinach stems, leaves, and carrots. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
  12. After microwaving, rinse briefly under cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
  13. In a separate bowl, combine tofu, soy sauce, sugar, and dashi powder. Mash until it forms a paste.
  14. Add the squeezed vegetables and ground sesame seeds to the tofu paste and mix.
  15. Serve on a plate. This is "Infinite White Gomae Spinach." This is the key! It's easily made in the microwave and allows you to enjoy plenty of vegetables deliciously.
  16. Roughly chop the spinach into 3cm (approx. 1.2 inch) pieces and thinly slice the fried tofu pouch.
  17. Boil the spinach stems and fried tofu pouch in hot water for 1 minute. Then, add the spinach leaves and boil for another 30 seconds.
  18. Drain the boiled ingredients in a colander, rinse with cold water to cool, and squeeze out excess moisture.
  19. In a bowl, combine olive oil, toasted sesame seeds, chicken stock powder, grated wasabi, and grated garlic.
  20. Add the squeezed spinach and fried tofu pouch to the bowl and mix well.
  21. Serve on a plate. This is "Infinite Snack Spinach." This is the key! The subtle, pleasant spiciness from the grated wasabi makes it a delicious side dish or appetizer.
