Ingredients
Main Ingredients (2 servings)
- Pork Loin 2 slices
- All-purpose Flour (for dusting)
- Diced Tomatoes (canned) 1/2 can
- Camembert Cheese 1/2 piece
- Parsley (chopped) (to taste)
Seasonings
- White Wine 100cc
- Oregano (to taste)
- Olive Oil (to taste)
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Steps
- Score the connective tissue of the Pork Loin 2 slices.
- Season the pork loin with Salt and Pepper (to taste) and coat with All-purpose Flour (for dusting).
- Finely chop the Camembert Cheese 1/2 piece.
- Heat Olive Oil (to taste) in a frying pan and cook the pork loin until browned on both sides. [The Secret Here!] Sear the fatty parts until fragrant and render out excess fat.
- Wipe off excess oil from the pan with a paper towel.
- Add White Wine 100cc and cook off the alcohol.
- Add Diced Tomatoes (canned) 1/2 can and simmer lightly.
- Add the Oregano (to taste), crushing it as you add. [The Secret Here!] Oregano is a herb you won't regret using generously.
- Add the chopped camembert cheese to the sauce and stir until melted.
- Plate the dish and sprinkle with chopped Parsley (to taste).
