- Pizza cheese 70g

- Consommé 1 tsp

Steps
- Peel 250g potatoes.
- Cut the peeled potatoes into appropriate sizes.
- Place the cut potatoes in a heat-resistant container, add 1½ tbsp water, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 6 minutes.
- Mash the heated potatoes with a masher. 【Tip!】 You can also mash them with a fork, but a masher will make it faster.
- Add 1 tsp consommé, 2½ tsp potato starch, 1 pinch salt, and 70g pizza cheese to the mashed potatoes, and mix everything thoroughly while still warm.
- Place the mixed potatoes in a frying pan and press them down flat to form a patty. 【Tip!】 Forming them flat increases the surface area, making them crispier when cooked.
- Drizzle 1-2 tbsp oil into the frying pan and cook over medium to medium-high heat until crispy. 【Tip!】 Using a generous amount of oil helps achieve a crispy finish.
