These healthy chicken tender chips are made with just 3 ingredients and can be prepared in the microwave, making them perfect for your diet. Simply spread the chicken tenders thinly and heat them up to create a crispy and addictive snack. They are ideal for snacking or as a side dish.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients ((to taste))

  • Chicken Tenders 3 pieces
  • Grated Cheese 1 tbsp

Seasonings

  • Black Pepper (to taste)

Steps

  1. Trim off any stringy parts from the 3 chicken tenders.
  2. Slice the chicken tenders thinly, about 7mm to 1cm thick.
  3. Lay a sheet of parchment paper on a cutting board and arrange the sliced chicken tenders on it.
  4. Place plastic wrap over the chicken tenders and use a rolling pin to flatten them until they are thin enough to see through.
  5. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of grated cheese and black pepper to taste over the flattened chicken tenders.
  6. Place the chicken tenders with the parchment paper into the microwave and heat on 600W for 3 minutes. After heating, remove, and flip them over.
  7. Flip the chicken tenders over and microwave again on 600W for 3 minutes.
  8. If they are not yet crispy, flip them again and add an extra minute of heating at 600W at a time. (This is the key!) Be careful not to overheat, as they may burn. Continue heating while checking them.
  9. Once they are perfectly crispy, they are ready. Enjoy!
